Collection runs on fair-share agreements. Forest produce is where under-pricing is hardest to see and easiest to get away with, because there is no input cost to argue back from and no published rate to check against. Writing the share down ahead of collection is the only defence a collector has.
Strictly seasonal. There are months when nothing comes out of this belt at all.
